Website Demo & Management Guidance:
We provide a basic demo to help you understand how to handle your website, update content, and manage key features smoothly.

Additional Updates & Features:
Any updates, new features, or changes beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before implementation.

Design & Layout Updates:
Our website features a dynamic, easily customizable theme that allows for quick style and layout changes within standard formats. Any new theme design, customized layouts, or changes beyond the agreed scope will require a separate quote. All such updates will be communicated and approved before implementation.

Demo Product Upload:
During development, up to 15 products will be uploaded for demo purposes. You can add additional products lateronce the store is live.

Hosting:
The website will be hosted on VPS hosting purchased through Hostinger for one year. This comes with the standard VPS plan. Renewal after one year is the client’s responsibility.

Content & Media:
Client is responsible for providing accurate product information, images, and other content. Any stock images used during development are for demo purposes only.

Timeline & Launch:
The development timeline will be agreed upon prior to starting work. Launch dates may be adjusted based on timely receipt of client content and approvals.

Payments:
All fees are payable as per the agreed proposal. Additional services, updates, or extensions will be invoiced separately.

Liability:
Pixel Index Commerce is not responsible for third-party services, server downtime beyond the control of Hostinger, or data loss due to client actions.

Ownership:
Upon full payment, the website design, content, and associated assets created by Pixel Index Commerce will be transferred to the client, excluding third-party licensed materials.
